Our quick & easy returns policy means that you can return any item up to 14 working days from purchase, subject to the following:

1. The item being returned must be unused, not damaged and in a saleable condition.
2. The item must be returned in original packaging.
3. The item must be returned to us within 14 working days of purchase.
4. Due to hygiene reasons, wigs, SFX makeup, face paint, teeth, fangs, colored lenses, tights, and underwear must be returned unopened and unused with the seals in place.
5. To return an item, complete the returns form on your delivery note and enclose it with your parcel. neverlandcostume.com does not pay for return delivery.
